Consolidated Consulting Engineers Ltd. was established in 1981 under the name of Consolidated Consulting Engineers which was incorporated in 1988 with the present company name offering the following design services for building developments in Hong Kong.

 

Electrical Engineering

Internal and external power distribution, network, main, sub-main & final sub-circuit installation, interior and exterior lighting design, control systems, audio & visual systems, security systems, telephone and communication systems, lightning protection, building automation systems, stand-by and emergency power generation and high voltage systems.

 

Mechanical Engineering

Air-conditioning, heating, mechanical ventilation, refrigeration, steam and fuel systems, lifts and escalators.

 

Fire Protection and Prevention Engineering

Automatic sprinkler system, automatic fire detection system including smoke and heat detection, automatic inert gas fire extinguishing system (Carbon dioxide, FM200), fire hydrant and hose reel system, manual fire alarm system, explosion suppression system, dangerous goods storage protection system, smoke extraction system and staircase pressurization system etc.

 

Plumbing and Drainage Engineering

Cold and hot water supply for domestic, commercial and industrial applications, internal distribution network for portable and flushing water supply, design of swimming pool and drainage system.
